Terms and Conditions

We require a minimum rental of 7 nights. However, we may be more flexible, especially outside the peak season.
Reservations can be done directly with us and are effective upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount. The remaining 70% will be due no later than 30 days before arrival. Payment can be done by bank transfer.

Additional Payment

A security deposit of €500 is required to cover any major damage cost (Amount that will be refunded at the time of the check-out when there is no damage caused to the accommodation)

The Guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival (the 30% deposit will be refunded)
The Guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival
