Villa ES is located in the lush countryside of Fasano, Puglia, amidst centuries-old olive groves and typical Mediterranean plants. The villa is newly built, with contemporary interiors that blend perfectly with the rural environment. The ideal place to spend a holiday in total relaxation, privacy, and quietness.

The villa can accommodate 4 people in 2 elegant bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have private access to the outdoor area.

The open-plan dining area has a modern fitted kitchen with direct access to the outside area, where you will find a dining table and a seating area overlooking the pool. The uniqueness of the pool is found in its midnight blue hue, and the surrounding natural landscape with sea views on the horizon adds a touch of natural beauty and peacefulness.

Terms and Conditions

We require a minimum rental of 7 nights. However, we may be more flexible, especially outside the peak season.
Reservations can be done directly with us and are effective upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount. The remaining 70% will be due no later than 30 days before arrival. Payment can be done by bank transfer.

Additional Payment

Tourist tax correctly calculated based on the people who will stay in the accommodation
A security deposit of €300 is required to cover any major damage cost (Amount that will be refunded at the time of the check-out when there is no damage caused to the accommodation)

Cancellation

The Guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival (the 30% deposit will be refunded)
The Guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival
